The office experience was decent, they were running behind because they were short staffed so I was there an extra 30 minutes. Dr took care of initial complaint for immediate relief but follow up care is poor. They do not return calls with any sort of urgency. They do not pick up calls directly to the office either.

My experience with Dr. Joe was exceptional it always is exceptional. When he comes into the room you get the feeling that he cares. Did he want you to feel better. He asked a ton of questions on how are you feeling what’s bothering you where are you feeling the discomfort with that being said I can only say that as a doctor I feel very confident in his care it’s sad that he only works two days a week

Love my doctor have been with him for 40 years. He will always be there for me. The staff changes quite a bit but Kim is always there. This trip over she was absent but the crew did awesome. One person did all the work of missing crew. She was great. My hat off to her. Keep it up.
